What if a conversion fails?
Common reasons for failure:
- The file is encrypted or password-protected — remove the protection and upload again
- The file is corrupted or not in a standard format — make sure it opens correctly on your device
- The file exceeds the size or page limit — check the notice on the page, or upgrade to VIP
A failed file shows "Conversion failed" in the list. Fix the issue and upload again. If you think credits were deducted incorrectly, contact support@iloveconvert.com.
